Terms

Last updated 24 October 2026

These are the rules for booking and paying for sessions. Plain words, no tricks.

Who I am

Hana Habal, sole trader.

Email: hana@hanahabal.com

What I offer

Consultations and coaching, online or in person in Prague, in Slovak, Czech or English. I’m in psychotherapy training at the Gaudia Institute. My sessions are not psychotherapy or health care, and I don’t diagnose or treat. I’m not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.

Who can book

Booking

You book a time on my booking page. Our agreement starts when you get the confirmation email. The agreement is in English. You get the booking confirmation by email, and I keep a copy of it, together with the version of these terms you agreed to, in my records. A session lasts 50 minutes. If you’re late, we still finish on time.

Prices and payment

I’m not registered for VAT, so prices include no VAT.

The prices above are final. There are no other fees. You pay online when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. You get a receipt by email.

Walk-and-talk sessions

Your 14-day right to withdraw

Because you buy online, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. Email me and I refund you within 14 days.

If you book a session that takes place within those 14 days, the booking form asks you to confirm that you want me to start early, and that you understand you lose the right to withdraw from a session once it has happened. Once a session has happened, it can’t be withdrawn from. If you withdraw from a package or the first month of a monthly plan after using some sessions, I keep 2,200 CZK for each session used and refund the rest.

Withdrawal form

You can withdraw by any clear statement, for example an email. You can also copy and send this:

To: Hana Habal, hana@hanahabal.com

I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following service: ______

Ordered on: ______

Name: ______

Address: ______

Date: ______

Complaints

If something wasn’t right, email me. I reply within 30 days.

If we can’t agree, you can use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) at adr.coi.cz. Czech law applies to these terms.

Supervision of consumer protection: Česká obchodní inspekce (coi.gov.cz). Trade licensing: the relevant trade licensing office (živnostenský úřad).

Your data

How I handle your personal data is in the privacy notice.

Changes

If these terms change, the version that applies is the one you agreed to when you booked.
